Process for Returning Defective Items:

Exceptions:

  • Returns without photo proof of the defect or outside the 30-day window will not be accepted.
  • Items that are damaged through customer use or that have been altered will not be considered defective and are not eligible for returns.
  • Because items are made to order, returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
